When you use the contact form, we collect the information you choose to send: your name, email, phone number (optional), and message. We don't collect payment information on this site.

How we use it

We use your information only to respond to your inquiry and help with your real estate needs. We do not sell or rent your personal information.

Text messages

If you check the box allowing text messages, Katie Merritt may text you about your inquiry. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase or service, and mobile numbers and text consent are never shared with third parties for marketing.

Service providers

This site is hosted by Netlify, which also receives contact form submissions and forwards them to Katie Merritt by email. Netlify processes this information only to provide those services.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels.
